Mind and Body

• Train consistently in Muay Thai or MMA for 12+ months

• Establish a daily meditation practice for 30 days straight

• Achieve a golf handicap of 5 or under

Family and Connection

• Establish a family retreat house for annual gatherings

• Travel all continents alone with my wife

• Travel abroad alone with my older son

• Travel abroad alone with my younger son

• Travel abroad alone with my mum

• Visit all major cities in Australia with my family

• Play the top 10 golf courses in the world

• Go on a golf trip with family and friends
