Leading transformation through Circlo and digital strategy—simplifying, systemising, and scaling.
A systems thinker, an architect by training, and a guy who’s always asking, “Wait… why are we doing it this way?”
My journey started in architecture, inspired by my dad’s legacy and shaped by a love of structured creativity—not lectures or studio reviews. I wasn’t top of my class. I was the guy redesigning workflows instead of buildings.
Do I want to be where my boss is in 10 years?
The answer changed everything.
Since then, I’ve followed a path through digital transformation, lean systems, and product strategy across architecture studios, public infrastructure, and high-growth startups. I’ve built tools, scaled teams, and helped organisations make better decisions through better systems.
Solving messy problems. Simplifying complexity. Building things that last.
That mindset has fuelled everything I’ve done—whether building BCapp (a SaaS product for AEC coordination), launching product experiments, or advising teams on workflow design. Each venture has taught me how to lead with clarity, design with empathy, and build things that actually work under pressure.
I’m always keen to connect with people who think differently, build with purpose, or just want to bounce around ideas.
If that’s you— let’s chat.
