A systems thinker, an architect by training, and a guy who’s always asking, “Wait… why are we doing it this way?”
My journey started in architecture, inspired by my dad’s legacy and shaped by a love of structured creativity—not lectures or studio reviews. I wasn’t top of my class. I was the guy redesigning workflows instead of buildings.
Early in my career, I asked myself a hard question:

The answer changed everything.
Since then, I’ve followed a path through digital transformation, lean systems, and product strategy across architecture studios, public infrastructure, and high-growth startups. I’ve built tools, scaled teams, and helped organisations make better decisions through better systems.
